Our Commitment

JT Financial Strategy Services is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures Taken

To support accessibility, we have taken the following measures: using semantic HTML elements and proper heading structure; providing text alternatives for non-text content; ensuring sufficient color contrast ratios; making all functionality available from a keyboard; providing visible focus indicators; and labeling all form inputs clearly.

Multilingual Access

This website is designed to serve clients in English, Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), Simplified Chinese (简体中文), and Latin American Spanish (Español). Multilingual content helps ensure that language is not a barrier to accessing financial information.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some content may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. We are actively working to identify and address any gaps. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us so we can assist you directly.

Feedback & Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you experience any accessibility barriers or need information in an alternative format, please contact us by email at [email protected] or use the contact form on our Contact page. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days.

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may contact the relevant enforcement authority in your jurisdiction. In the United States, the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division handles ADA-related complaints.
